Potassium oxide (K2O) soluble in water 20 28

Mechanism of Action and Indications

MANVERT FOSIKA has a double action due to its formulation with the phosphite ion:

  • Nutrient Supply: Furnishes the plant with potassium and phosphorus.
  • Defense Improvement: Improves the plant’s defenses from fungic parasitic attacks, especially from Oomicetes (Mildew).
  • Effectiveness: Effective against Phytophtora and Ph. parasitica, which cause rottenness, watery fruits, and gumminess.
  • Systemic Action: Good penetration with ascending and descending systemia, meaning the product is present in leaves, neck, and roots, as all elements are wholly assimilable.
  • General Use: Can be applied to any kind of crop.
